A fully automatic gear measuring machine equipped with a 3D probe We’ll demonstrate automatic workpiece transfer and setup using a SCARA robot as well as automatic workpiece identification and phasing using a camera as we propose labor-saving solutions.

Exhibit: Multifunctional measurement system for development and prototyping

We’ll introduce new measurement software and functions that enable highly accurate geometric deviation measurement and tooth surface condition measurement.
The control panel has been simplified to enable intuitive operation. The control panel and software design are unified to provide an intuitive operating environment.
