Rack measuring machine
RCLP-210

・RCLP-210 enables tooth profile, helix, and pitch measurement of large rack gears, which exceeded the size capacity of the previous CLP-35/65.
・By using a direct drive mechanism and granite, the machine stabilizes measuring operations and accuracy to enable high-precision measurement.
・It simultaneously measures pitch on both tooth flanks to reduce overall measurement time.
